SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping methods
We use DHL EXPRESS as our shipping company.
Please note that Shipping costs vary depending on the destination (please refer to the table below) and that delivery period varies depending on your location and can be longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other unexpected causes. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
If your destination is outside EU:
We offer tax free prices, as will be shown at checkout.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an invoice stating the value of the individual items and necessary documentation.
Shipping is done by DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): the indicated price of the products does not include taxes and VAT. The recipient is responsible for all import fees, custom taxes and local taxes imposed by the country where shipment is made. The payment of these taxes is required in order to relieve the order from custom charges.
We cannot predict what the amount to pay for taxes and customs will be, therefore we ask that you check before making an order. Your shipping costs are already included in the total of your final order. In any case, the courier can present you with a separate invoice for the local taxes that need to be paid.
NOTE*
Items shipped to China that are classified as for personal use, the value of which exceed 1000 RMB (€130), are subject to a formal customs clearance procedure. Additional taxes or fees may be charged.
We cover global shipping costs for orders exceeding €350.

Expected delivery times should be taken as a guide only. Moreover, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes in regard to the shipping date.
We’d like to inform you that during sales, shipments may be delayed by up to 2-3 working days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Right of return
‘MORE DI GAO XUEFENG accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use and adequately packaged, for refund or exchange. The security tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Please note that any custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
You must send out the returned item within 14 days after the delivery of the goods. Thus, we invite you to contact us and put forward your return request within 7 days.
Please note that unless in case of defective or incorrect items, any returns costs, including shipping, import fees and etc., are at the customer’s expense.
In the case of defective or incorrect item, we invite you to immediately contact eshop@morevenezia.com. ‘MORE DI GAO XUEFENG reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
To start a return, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1:Send a return request to eshop@morevenezia.com along with your order number, reason, pictures, and the name(s) of the item(s) you want to return.
- Step 2: Our customer service will reply to you with a return authorization number within 24 hours.
- Step 3: Once your request is approved, fill out and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was sent with your order. Click here if lost your copy and want to get a new one.
For EU countries: Fill out and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was sent with your order. Place it inside the package together with the packaged items ready to be returned.
For non-EU countries: Fill out and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was sent with your order. Make 4 copies so that you have 5 invoices in total. Place one inside the package together with the packaged items ready to be returned. Give the other 4 to the courier when they pick up the return as they are required for customs clearance

- Step 4: Once we receive the goods in their original conditions, we will proceed with a refund or a replacement within 30 days.
‘MORE DI GAO XUEFNEG reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. Those which have incomplete or missing customs documents will be refused and returned to sender.
Refunds
Refunds can be made in the form of the original payment method or store credit:
- Refund the entire cost of order, including shipping and processing costs
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by ‘MORE DI GAO XUEFENG.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
